This release is to enable logging of unlink errors from the
filesystem (all other local filesystem errors should be logged).
Some minor doc/packaging/copyright year updates, too.

* Makefile.am: gzip README and associated data

* update copyrights to 2014 (and all contributors)
* doc/design.txt: add a few more notes on compromises
* http_dav: log 500 errors from DELETE requests
