Wraps OpenSSL to provide {kgio-compatible}[]
kgio_trywrite and kgio_tryread IO methods to Kgio::SSL wrapper objects.

* git://

Add external session cache support for:
* tdb -
* dalli -
* memcached -

For newer versions of OpenSSL, this adds a
Kgio::SSL::OP_NO_COMPRESSION flag to disable compression support
on a per-context basis. This is interchangeable with the
OpenSSL::SSL::OP_NO_COMPRESSION flag (to be) introduced in Ruby
