Thanks for making these two works.

I think it would be great if we could, in this case, output somehow and
somewhere that we are actually showing some defaults, instead than
anything that is really in use.

I don't know whether with something like this:

  # xl sched-rtds
  Cpupool Pool-0: sched=RTDS
  Name                                ID    Period    Budget
  Domain-0 (defaults)                  0     10000      4000
  vm1 (defaults)                       1     10000      4000
  vm2 (defaults)                       2     10000      4000

  # xl sched-rtds -d vm1
  Name                                ID    Period    Budget
  vm1 (defaults)                       1     10000      4000

Or by "just" adding a note before the actual output:

  # xl sched-rtds -d vm1
  Showing per-vm(s) default scheduling parameters,
  use `-v' for seeing the actual parameters of each vcpu
  Name                                ID    Period    Budget
  vm1                                  1     10000      4000

The latter is more verbose, but I think is what I see as more useful
(and, probably, the easier to implement).
