In imx7d-sdb, there is no headphone jack, the jack detection is done by
the codec itself. When headphone plugin, pulseaudio can't detect the
headphone jack status, so it will set the headphone volume to zero.

This is an i.MX7D limitation or a SabreSD misdesign? It seems it is a
SabreSD thing and in this case this patch needs to be machine
specific, not SoC family specific.

This patch set was created in the 3.14.38-6QP_beta release which is a standalone release tested on 6QP but works on other i.MX6
