These xe_exec_system_allocator failures have been showing up on a few
other recent patches as well, and cibuglog shows a bunch of them in the
'unknown failures' bucket too, so they're not caused by this patch.
Applied to drm-xe-next (with the small kerneldoc fix). Thanks Bala for
the review.
