Then you can easily make your inline comments > as usual. mutt's even nicer here, if the attachment has a text MIME type it'l just include it in the reply (possibly this is configurable but it's what I want and it does it by default for me). This does get broken if the sender flags the message with a non-text type for some reason though :(
