Subject: OT: network problems?

Sorry for the OT, but we're seeing strange behavior in the 'net here in
Denver. Things like google and yahoo going on- and off-line, sometimes
being able to resolve cert.gov, sometimes not. It looks pretty major as
it affects people on several different ISPs but I can't see anything on
news sites (when I can get to them) so I was wondering if people in
other parts of the country/world are seeing problems?

On Unix, I am limited only by my knowledge.
