The current version of libnuma and numactl is now released as 2.0.14.

Among other fixes, the current version fixes the LTO build under gcc 10.

The latest tarball is available for download at:
https://github.com/numactl/numactl/releases/download/v2.0.14/numactl-2.0.14.tar.gz

Which is a build of the git repo at tag v2.0.14:
