Subject: An unexpected IO-APIC was found
Date: Sat, 18 Mar 2006 11:23:11 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <200603181123.11796.dr.andreas.schenk@gmx.net> (raw)

Hi,

although my kernel release is more than three months old, I dare to send this
report, since it might nevertheless be of some value. I do not understand
what it is about, though, but I do know a little about APIC.

If it is not too much, please let me know, if this mail is of some value and
-- if this is still not too much -- give me some explanation, or a link.

Thanks

Andreas Schenk

I have SuSE linux 9.0, with kernel

<4>Linux version 2.4.21-273-smp4G (root@dilbert) (gcc-Version 3.3.1 (SuSE
Linux)) #1 SMP So Apr 10 10:58:58 CEST 2005
