Subject: Regarding CPU scheduling
Date: Mon, 9 Aug 2021 08:33:32 -0500 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <CAF8i9mPySjvuwEnm_9XBiq0h58mqxiOdOW-doc3PmDZUV1xang@mail.gmail.com> (raw)
Is there a way to have the Linux Kernel always use CPUs with the lowest index ?
For example, in a system with 4 CPUs, if CPU0 becomes idle and CPU3
was running a task, is there a way to have the Linux kernel move the
task from CPU3 to CPU0 ?
Best regards,
William Tambe
