Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.

davinci-for-v5.10/soc This pull request contains a patch that shifts to using new simplified i2c driver probe method inside mach-davinci (i2c_driver->probe_new()) (2020-09-29) tar.gz
davinci-for-v5.9/soc DaVinci SoC updates for v5.9 (2020-07-24) tar.gz
davinci-for-v5.6/soc DaVinci SoC updates for v5.6 include migrating DM365 SoC to use drivers/clocksource based driver for timer. This leads to removal of machine specific timer driver. (2020-01-14) tar.gz
davinci-fixes-for-v5.4 DaVinci fixes for v5.4 ====================== * fix GPIO backlight support on DA850 by enabling the needed config in davinci_all_defconfig. This is a fix because the driver and board support got converted to use BACKLIGHT_GPIO driver, but defconfig update is still missing in v5.4. * fix for McBSP DMA on DM365 (2019-10-21) tar.gz
davinci-for-v5.4/soc This converts all DaVinci SoCs except DM365 to use new clocksource driver. DM365 conversion is still under debug and will be part of a future pull request. (2019-08-28) tar.gz
davinci-for-v5.4/fbdev This converts the da8xx fbdev driver to use GPIO backlight device and regulator devices. This will finally help get rid of legacy GPIO API calls and simplify DaVinci GPIO driver. (2019-08-28) tar.gz
davinci-for-v5.4/dt Contains a patch to switch to more generic compatible for SPI NOR. This helps SPI NOR to work on newer board variants. (2019-08-28) tar.gz
davinci-for-v5.4/defconfig Contains davinci_all_defconfig refresh using savedefconfig and a patch to enable GPIO backlight. (2019-08-28) tar.gz
davinci-fixes-for-v5.2-part2 This set of patches fixes regressions introduced in v5.2 kernel when DA8xx OHCI driver was converted over to use GPIO regulators. (2019-07-02) tar.gz
davinci-for-v5.3/soc This pull request has a patch to switch DA850 EVM GPIO LED support to use GPIO lookup table (2019-06-20) tar.gz
