Subject: [Tech-board-discuss] self nomination for the TAB election
Date: Thu, 1 Sep 2022 17:51:45 -0400	[thread overview]

Hello everyone,

I'd like to stand for election again this year, and hope to stay in my
position as TAB chair.

The TAB's primary role is to represent the kernel community through our
seat on the Linux Foundation's board of directors, but we generally work
to support the community however we can. This has ranged from larger
issues such as collaboration with the code of conduct committee to more
targeted work like helping connect with gmail to resolve backlogs on
vger. I'm grateful for the chance to work with the everyone on the TAB,
and I've really enjoyed it.

My background in the kernel is mostly around filesystems, especially
Btrfs, but I've spent the last 20+ years building, supporting, and
deploying the kernel. At Meta, I help coordinate kernel development,
infrastructure rollouts, debugging, and upstream collaboration.

Thanks for your consideration, please reach out if you have any
questions at all.
