I've pushed out a bunch of changes to master of
git://bogomips.org/sleepy_penguin.git

There are many internal cleanups and small fixes.  We have less code
than before, so that is nice :)   Also, we are now prepared for Rubinius
versions w/o a GIL/GVL for C extensions.
