unicorn 3.0.1 - one bugfix for Rainbows!

...and only Rainbows!  This release fixes HTTP pipelining for
requests with bodies for users of synchronous Rainbows!
concurrency models.

Since Unicorn itself does not support keepalive nor pipelining,
Unicorn-only users need not upgrade.
