* Stale pid files are detected if a pid is recycled by processes
  belonging to another user, thanks to Graham Bleach.
* nginx example config updates thanks to to Eike Herzbach.
* KNOWN_ISSUES now documents issues with apps/libs that install
  conflicting signal handlers.
