For quite some time I've been very careful to refine the Cc lists to
avoid spamming people, just to get complaints afterwards when a discussion
started, because some didn't have all the context. So now I'm also in
favor of sending the whole series to everyone as long as it's a small
series. And this process is less error-prone.
